"i thought the sales team was excellent when i purchased my atv through you guys, i fully plan on purchasing my next atv from you. my only complaint was the the service department, i have had a couple problems with my bike while it was still on warranty and everytime i called and asked to get it fixed the first response was always it will cost you this amount, so i quit calling about warranty work and did the work myself or took the bike to other shops. i purchased an 08 360 kawasaki in the spring of 08. when the bike is tired i plan on upgrading to the 650, which will more than likely be purchased through your dealership due to prices and the sales team"
